Hi,
My name is Luis Monteiro and I would like to ask permission to use one of your photos.
I've decided to put to good use all the long hours that I spend in the internet just looking for beautiful photos and all of the great work that people post here and so I created a photo magazine, well... it's in a magazine format, but I don't want to have the pre-conditions of a magazine... so let's call it just a zine.
I have made a number #0, just as a trial to test the layout and adjust it from all the comments I've been receiving...etc... and so far I've already published a couple of issues about several subjects that I find interesting about photography.
The "zine" is called DOF and you can find it here (www.dofzine.com), the #0 only features some of my photos, but the idea is to have guest photographers and everything that is a good example of a great photography work. In this next issue I'll focus on photos with a minimalist expression, and I would like to feature your photos as part of a selection I'm making about this topic. Well... that's pretty much it.

I would be more than happy to contribute to the dof zine. You can certainly use "flightless birds" as well as any deviations seen here for the publication so long as proper credit is given, which it looks like you've been doing thus far (a link to my website would be ideal.) The issues look really good and I'm looking forward to seeing #3. Let me know what you end up using, and I can also add a little bit of writing/incite on the photos if interested also. I'm glad to share for your zine and thanks for the offer.
